In might depend on the version. I had a situation a few years back where I had to both import and export from MAS90. I remember choosing the DBF format as the intermediary file. But I know there were other choices.

MAS90 has/had a fairly flexible way of defining imports/exports.

Look in the DOC for IMPORT MASTER. That should get you started.
