My problem is I want to change the background color and forecolor of the selected item in the list. I have been looking for a way to do so but I cannot find one. Maybe there is, but maybe there isn't after all...

To change the forecolor of the selected item to red, use this:

Thisform.oListView.SelectedItem.ForeColor = 255

The selected item does not have a BackColor property.
