The RichTextBox ActiveX control is in RichTx32.ocx (which is located probably in WinSys path - System32 directory). Copy it at the same location on the target machine and use regsvr32 to register it (this sample assumes that windows is installed in C:\WinNT directory):
regsvr32 C:\WinNT\System32\RichTx32.ocx
