1) oExcel.ActiveWorkBook.Sheets('mySheet')
2) If you answered yes to instal VB help while installing office there are vba*.chm or .hlp files in office directory. ie: Default excel2000 help file :

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\1033\VBAXL9.CHM"

If you didn't instal VBA help you might install later.

If you're using VFP7 or later VFP object browser is a great helper.
