I use konXIse from http://www.konxise.com which will also compress the EXE as well as encrypt it. The way it works is the EXE is unencrypted into memory when it is launched. So someone can dumb this memory to a file and decompile to get source code. There are NO encryption tools available that are 100% effective. IMO, this product is the best of all those available.
