I created a topindex_assign method for a listbox. However, it is not triggered when you use the scroll bar despite the fact that the topindex value changes.
It is only triggered when you explictly assign a value to the topIndex property. I would have thought that the assign method would be triggered whenever the topindex value changed. Is this a bug?
It also happens in VFP 7.0
