I have figured out that I want to use something like the following:
Dim tcpClient as New TcpClient()
tcpClient.Connect(ServerName, PortNumber)

I know there are read and write methods of tcpClient, however I am not exactly sure how to use them and what to pass in terms of the values.

Does anyone have any examples using tcpClient and reading from Exchange?
