You should be doing this on your own set of SDT meta files instead of the ones being used by your app and users. After your copy of the meta files have been updated according to version 6.1, then you copy your SDT meta files to the ones your app is using. These will over-write the existing set of meta data files. These would be files like CoreMeta.*, SDTMeta.*, dbcxreg.*, SDTUser.*. Overwriting the DBC/DCX/DCT files with your copy would not hurt either. Then call the UPDATE() method of SDT to update any table changes in the procuction database. YOu will have to kick all your users out of the app to accomplish all this.

Also, you have to recompile and distribute your app with the SDT 6.1 classes.

>I have recently upgraded to the latest version of Stonefield (6.1) from 6.0C. I am in the middle of developing an application that is doing a behind the scenes validation and reindex on a copied set of data. Originally, I have set the "quiet" flag and everything ran in the background. After upgrading to 6.1 I continue to receive a meta tables need converting messagebox. I really don't want my users to have to make this decision as I'm sure they will be completely confused as they have a rough enough time driving a mouse.
