The most likely thing is your report definition (FRX) file. Make sure you do NOT have a greyscale-only printer selected as the default printer for that document. If you're using VFP7 or below, you'll need to hack the FRX to strip that info from the file. When you make mods to the report, it sometimes picks up the settings from your current windows default printer.

If by any chance that's NOT it, the new 2.10 Converter has an output color toggle property documented with the product - but I can't imagine the default is not 'color'....
