Not quite sure, but it seems that you use an OLE object in your applications with install shield doesn´t know. That´s why it can´t automatically install the ole object when running the setup process at your client.

This should´nt be a big problem: if your ole is an ocx-file there is no msm file necessary to make it work at your customers machines.
