Jim,

Boot into your existing OS, insert the disk and click on the WXP link. It should show you the folder where you can run the setup or a link to run the setup. When you run the setup while running another OS it will give you options to do an upgrade.

Having said that, I would not know what your "mileage" will be as other people commonly advice against doing OS upgrades as opposed to doing clean installs.

Also if your PC and DVD drive will allow for booting from it you can also install this way. This is how I installed my XP PRO copy at home. (clean install)
