Well Israel tends to do quite well in the "Eurovision Song Contest". Then of course there's Turkey who have applied to join (and a thoroughly good thing too IMO), though Chirac (in his typically Rumsfeld style diplmatic style) has said that they're not European enough to join and would dilute us.
