When you say, "other reports with no/less graphics print fine", are these reports being printed through the same VFP application?

SP5 was the last service pack for VFP 6. That may or may not help. Also, consider the printer driver - use a windows driver if you can rather than the manufacturers. Sometimes the manufacturers driver works and the windows driver does not. :)
