Are you running a virus scanner, if so disable it and see what happens, I am aware of a problem with Norton's and the windows print spooler, there is a registery hack to fix it on there website.

Also look for code corruption in the form, had one the other day had to remove control and readd it, fixed problem. Also zap your local variables don't leave it to FP.
