Our setup is as follows.
All workstations run WINDOWS 98
The server runs WINDOWS NT 4
The application is using visual foxpro 5.
More than one person will need to be informed that the payments are ready for authorization. There will be four people who can authorise payment out of which two are required to authorise payments. Thus the system should be able to determine who is available and prompt the first two, based on priority, to authorise the payment.

Sounds crazy huh!!
