I have a client who's been using a VFP5 product I wrote years ago. They just updated their hardware and went to W2K & Citrix Server, and got new printers.

Whenever they print to the printer above, the print spooler deletes the job. The tech said that you can see it going into the spooler, that it disappears from the spooler as though it printed it, but the printer doesn't do anything.

Interesting issues:
1. They can print from any other program to this printer with no problem.
2. They can print from my program to any other printer with no problem.
3. If they hang the printer directly off of a workstation (even if it's not the workstation they're printing from), they don't have a problem.

They said they'd like to keep the connection TCP/IP because they'll be adding a bank of printers and don't want to have to keep workstations on in order to print to them.
