Yes, the GWB look of sincerity – wrinkles across the forehead is what stands out to me. It reminds me of a hound dog – lots of wrinkles and dribbling. Remember GWB does not belong to the actors union like Ronald Reagan did.

Imagine if GWB practiced in front of a mirror? Would that help? Perhaps after observing himself he would then only communicate via the radio! :)
