I see that the report is accurate. It is also apparent that the strategy is different this time given the taking of this border city. It remains to be seen what the purpose of it is.

When I wondered where the 60K figure came from I wasn't talking about the location, but about the information / source of it. Most likely the commanders would not divulge this information to reporters.
