It looks as though during application login you would need to set up and write the Control File with the username, server, etc and as the document to be faxed was created the path and recipient info would need to be written to that file.

I'm not sure about the command line approach. The ticks and plus sign seem to confuse the issue. I don't think I'll get to play with it for several weeks yet. Let me know if any of this works. Plus you would need to distribute the SubmitFax.exe from the Simple Fax Utilities with your app.
