it´s late, but I hope I´m still not dreaming:

It seems that the runtime files are tagged wrong in DATA1.CAB, but while tagged as 7, the 8 runtime files are installed.

I see this in a compressed CD build. When I disable compression (no CAB) for the CD build I can see the 8r files as expected (? <g>).

Have no idea why my Tuesday install threw the "Lib not found error", cuz today it works with a build from the same project...
