May I ask another question(s) regarding your current PHD usage and COM. I always had a monolithic WIN32 exe and unintercepted "phd fatal error" from time to time. For my new application I suddenly discovered a conflict with certain ActiveX which makes me reconsider this approach. If I place PHDBase in separate out-of-process automation server does make any difference to standard Win32 Exe? Do you have in your current configuration a separate Win32 .EXE which is launched for every search with certain parameters and it creates a temporary table as a hitlist ?
I presume,in-process DLL doesn't solve my problem at all, does it?
