Thanks! Your reply just proved the kind of ignorance I suspected of myself. I am currently specifying an application used for vaccine clinical trial. The application would have to allow user to sing records so that the authority can accept these records. Someone on UT also told me about PGP. When I down loaded your CryptPak I thought I found what I need. Do you happen to know some existing PGP capable class or components or some URLs?
