I did read it. Just not thoroughly... I like it, it's a good approach. I'm having a little trouble with not being able to erase the physical file as it thinks it's being used, but that'll work out.

BTW, not sure if I copied it wrong from your site, but for me FOPEN() returns a numeric, not a logical.
