Marc,
I think most everyone would suggest you upgrade to SP5 (it's Free!), SP3 actually added some new functions and features and 4 & 5 fixed a lot of problems. Go to http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/downloads/updates/sp/vs6/sp5/default.asp and download the updates or order the CD (S&H charges are minimal).
