As part of the Camtasia Studio, I used Recorder, Producer, MenuMaker, and the Player. I haven't yet used the Effects part as of yet, but probably will as I go back and add items, etc.

Using the MenuMaker I packaged it so that I always forced the Camtasia Player to be used as it had what they called lossless quality - although the user doesn't know they are using Camtasia Player as I hid the title bar.

If you need to know what settings I found best for recording audio and video, etc. just let me know. I installed it all on the user's machine with a link to them on the Desktop.

I had one user have a problem, and Camtasia support immediately identified that as the guy had a corrupted Registry. He had installed every version of Media Player and RealPlayer since the mid 1990's.... lol. They had a regfix for that.
