Not under normal circumstances it's not. VFP starts at 1 and increments from there. So in order to have datasession 1 and datasesison 1000, you'd have to open 999 private datasession forms, and close the first 998 of them. Not a very likely scenario IMO.
You must have a 2 private datasession forms (or session classes) and closed the first one to see what you've seen.
