FYI, the point of trying to use BINDEVENTS is so I do not have to put code in the RightClick method of every object to call my runtime builder. This is what I had to do prior to the existence of BINDEVENTS which does work quite well. However, BINDEVENTS is a much more effective and elegant solution if we can figure out how to get it to work under these parameters.
