Hello Alan;

Fabian Belo gives you the best idea for your purpose.. But..

..I'd like to advise you. IMO, the best idea, is to use the hd's sub-folder of your system to store those images (JPG, BMP, whatever).. ..Is quite simple.. All that you will need is a reference for those images.. (for instance: 00023.JPG for an image of a product coded as 00023)

Is pretty good for maintnance (as backup, new updates, etc..)
