None of the controls in MSCOMCTL and the other related ActiveX controls are themed. AS of now there's no workaround for this other than not using these activex controls (for example for the progress bar you can use native WinAPI controls - there's a set of controls from Alex Grigorjev that do just that and these appear themed in VFP 8.
