George, I have removed all tables, etc. that can be removed and I thought about splitting up the application to make the resulting .EXE smaller. However, I have seen this occur running FoxPro itself -- in fact, just this morning at a user computer running Windows 95. I had just exited from a DOS program. I may check how many of these users are running DOS programs.

If you can get an example set of config.sys, autoexec.bat and system.ini files and post them here (they won't be that large) I think we may find it.
