I'm looking for some 'boilerplate' definitions for Program Manager and Lead Developer, especially in an organization that produces a fairly sophisticated vertical market software product.

Our staff is fairly small, and there's a *chance* that a particular individual may have skills that fall into both [based on my general hunch of what a Program Manager does].

Any place I can go to that has some good definitions for both?

{And by this, I mean 'Program Manager' as opposed to 'Project Manager'. We already have a staff project manager}
