You can access VFP7 help online at http://msdn.microsoft.com/vfoxpro/techinfo/documentation/default.asp.
To make VFP6 help work try following:
- Go to menu Tools -> Options -> File Locations
- Select 'Help File'
- Click 'Modify' and browse to foxhelp.chm file that's located somewhere in MSDN subdirectory on your computer.
- Click 'Ok'
- Click 'Set as default'
- Click 'Ok'
