This comes up about once every two years, and I either have forgotten by that time, or I've upgraded to a new VFP, and I need someone to explain how to take my app and turn it into a standalone executable for distribution.

The last time I did this, I was using VFP 5.0; I'm using VFP 6.00.8167 with this computer. Can some kind soul explain what steps are necessary for me to set up files that can be burned to a CD for loading?

The project is reasonably simple, with free tables, forms, report forms, one or two .PRGs, and a few graphic files.

I feel a bit foolish having to ask this, as I know the answer will be embarrasingly simple, but I'm facing deadline, and I'll forfeit dignity in exchange for speed. :-)
