How about this?

DO FORM frmModeless NAME FormN0Modal

In the Modal form, you can do this:
FormN0Modal.label1.Caption = 'test'

That way you don't have to change class cose of the modeless form and you get access to all properties of the first form without having to change the paramaters passed everytime you need to add additional parameters.
