Right. Now a question would be if Iraqi TV reporter is performing "interrogation".
And another part of the Geneva Conventions regarding POWs is that they not be shown in insulting/degrading positions or for public curiousity. Both restrictions were contravened by U.S. network/cable reporters as regards Iraqi POWs.
