Interesting idea - I'm a musician/programmer myself....

You should be able to accomplish using Word automation:
objWDdoc=createobject("word.basic")

Then create a document and add the graphics. I believe Word has full automation help in it's help file which can give commands on how to do this.

Look in the VFP documentation under "Automate Microsoft Word and Excel" for more info. You will have to be pretty careful about creating graphics that can be placed side-by-side to look like one contiguous staff, but it sounds like a cool project!
