I agree, we all should be active in "cleaning up" our own back yards. And it in very honorable that you organize to help rid of the problem.

I am sure you understood me well that my point was, in response to your message that you were concerned about civilians in Iraq, that many of those civilians in Iraq are safer with all the bombing than they would be in another place. And probably even safer from persecutions of their own governement.

With all due respect, here is my problem. You can be against the war, it is your right. I understand it and support you having your point of view.

But to blame US for causing civilian casualties because of inaccuracies of bombing is unreasonable. According to the news report today, there is one (!) civilian person killed in Bagdad, after thousands (!) of bombs.

I will tell you what casualties I am concerned about in Iraq. When street fighting starts in Bagdad, Iraqi soldiers will be using civilians as human shields. Then there will be casualties. And I am talking about american casualties because american soldiers will be putting their lives in danger to protect Iraqi civilians. So my concern is about american casualties.
