Okay, use columnCount if you want to see all three columns. Otherwise, if you only want to see one column, change the order of the fields, so the third column is the first column. You can use the boundColumn property to bind the .value of the listbox to a column that is not being displayed.
For example, you may want to bind to a primary key in a customer table, but display the customers' names in the listbox.
What is your rowSource and rowSourceType?
