Did you try DTS?

>I need to copy data from vfp-tables to a sql2000-server. I now use ADO to connect to the sqlserver, to remove data first and then to upload it. I´m surprised by the speed this all takes place. When uploading >50000 records it takes forever. I´m sure this can be done a lot better.
