It's no big deal. It took me an average of 1-2 months for each module. And as you progress, there's a lot of reuse: there's little difference between AP and AR.

Considering the number of skeptics, it makes your effort that much more valuable.

And I still believe a few people can build a better product faster than "a lot of people".
