Ok, I'm impressed. I have to say it. I've tried tonight the full-text search on SQL Server. I created a database which includes one table with all the messages for 2003 on the Universal Thread. The table includes over 29740 records. In VFP, its memo size would be 22 meg. So far, its speed is equivalent to PHDBase. I still haven't had the time to play with all of its option such as entering multiple words and applying an OR approach and such. But, it does index extremely fast, the table size for the catalog seems to be a little bit smaller and I don't have to worry about all that syntax that is sensitive to PHDBase.
