Like I wrote, don't let the facts get in the way of a good story. The missiles landed in unpopulated areas of Turkey, and fortunately did not kill anyone.
Do you really believe that software hasn't caused deaths before, perhaps on a plane, chemical plant, etc.? They must write incredibly perfect code in Turkey. But let's assume that the software is perfect. What about an electical/mechanical failure? Are you also implying that those systems on the cruise missiles are also 100% error free?
