I keep getting asked "what is the average packet size of your application?" My application is written in vfp7 and uses zero dbf's or dbc's. I use sqlserver for the database and call all stored procedures to read and write to the database. Are there tools (I like the free ones) that will help with this? SQL Server has some @@variables that I can query to get the packets sent and number of packet errors, but I can't find anything on packet size.
