Hi,

I want to loop through a number of rows, Select the Top 1 row from a temp table and insert into a permanent table.
After inserting the row, I want to be able to delete the row thats was inserted from the temp table.

Any ideas on how I could do this.
When I select the Top 1 row from the temp table, there arent any unique values that I can use for deletion.
