>We often use custom paper sizes to print some reports or forms like checks or invoices. Now, we got a problem with the paper settings on Windows NT print server options. The problem is as follow: if I set a custom paper with a size of 8.5" x 5.5" and name it Invoices for example, When I download the exe file to the client's PC even If I create the same paper with the same layout, I have to open the report and specify the paper size again. This is a serious trouble for us since our development team often do changes to such reports in our offices and have to make the trip to the client's place to update the exe file when we can easily do it via PCanywhere. Is there any way to avoid this? I know the problem is caused because when you create a custom paper size on the print server it is assigned a number which is not usually the same on all workstations. Can I change the number it is assigned when you create the new paper size? Suggestions?
