Not sure without the full code (naah, that wasn't a request!), but I would SERIOUSLY consider putting a pause of some sort in your FOR loop (I'm a timer fan).

This might ensure that the report is once again properly initialised as pointing to the printer rather than the screen.

One nice thing about printing is that it takes (relative to everything else) a long time to do, so even a pause of 5 seconds might be enough a) ensure that everything else is clear and b) short enough that your overall process isn't slowed down too much.
