This thread is beginning to remind me of a favorite Dilbert cartoon where Dogbert says "ah, you know what I wish? We ban war and destroy all arms". Dilbert then says "that's great, I misjudged you". Meanwhile we see Dogbert thinking "...then I will be able to take over the world with a butter knife!"

Like you, I'm not always entirely sure that I can believe everything that Saddam says these days...
