Be careful when specifying a version dependent tag. With this tag "Outlook.application.10" will limit your app to Outlook XP. Look through the Registry and see if there a key with name of "VersionIndependentProgID", this will store the value that allows you to call up Outlook without specifying a particular version. If this still does not work I would:

1. Reload Outlook XP (I think there is a repair function in setup)which should repair any registry problems.

2. Check that you antivirus software isn't choking the automation component of you app. (I have had various problem with Nortons' AV upsetting my app during automation routines)
