They have no choice. All eyes are on the US because they started the war without the UN consent. Each single mistake will be used by the anti-war coalition and will hurt Bush support.It's acutally the United States, Great Britain, Australia, and some Polish troops. And we do have a choice. We choose not to target civilians.
