I am not an expert in politics or in international affairs and I will not pretend to be one. But I will try these suggestions:
Organize and finance an opposition that will reverse (by force if it need to) the current regime
Inform the Iraqies about the current regime actions by all means (radio stations at the borders, newspaper droped by planes, etc.)
If Iraq is a so great danger for it's neighbor like Bush likes to say, it wouldn't be hard to get their support for a joined action against Iraq. The Iraqies will be far more cooperative if it's their arabic cousins that take actions instead of the US
I am glad that some of them are happy to get rid of Saddam. But by what I've heard so far, the anti-Saddam movement is not as big as the U.S. planned.
